01How it works

Five steps, in the order they actually happen.

No part of this is unusual. It is written out plainly so you can tell where a programme stands at any point.

Tell us what you need
Pack count, market, target landed cost and timing. If you are still deciding, a short call usually settles it faster than a spec sheet.

Samples
We send the sticks and the holder so you can judge the wood, the aroma and the seal before anything is printed.

Branding and packaging
You supply artwork, or we work to your brief. Carton format, holder and any inserts are confirmed at this stage.

Production
Sticks are cut, graded, sealed and packed to the agreed configuration, then checked against the approved sample.

Supply
Cartons are cased and shipped to your address, your prep centre or your freight forwarder.

02What you decide

The variables that make two brands look different.

Sellers often assume a private-label programme means picking a colour. These are the decisions that actually change how the product performs on a listing page and on a shelf.

Stick count: One, five, six, ten — or a count nobody else in the category is running.
Carton format: Slim sleeve through to a deep ten-stick box, printed to your artwork.
Holder: Include the ventilated travel holder, or leave it out to hit a price.
Inserts: Usage leaflet, brand card or nothing at all inside the carton.
Language: Pack copy in the language of the market you are selling into.
Case pack: How many cartons to a shipper, and how those shippers are labelled.

Before you ask

Minimum order quantities, lead times and pricing depend on the pack format and the artwork, so we quote them per programme rather than publishing a single number that would be wrong for most enquiries. Ask and you will get a straight answer.
